About the Role
CallApp is looking for a skilled Backend Developer & Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing our application server and service and maintaining and managing our AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure.
You will play a central role in ensuring our backend services are reliable, secure, and performant.
- Maintain and optimize our AWS and GCP infrastructure, including: EC2, EBS, S3, SQS, Lambda. CloudFront, CloudWatch, BigQuery and GCP APIs and services
- Monitor system health, performance, and costs, and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Design, develop, and maintain the Java/Spring Boot application server that powers APIs and services used by our multi-million users.
- Implement RESTful APIs, authentication, and business logic.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

iOS QA Engineer
iOS QA Engineer
CallApp is seeking a skilled iOS QA Engineer to ensure the quality of our caller ID
and call blocking app serving millions of users worldwide. Help us deliver

What you’ll do:
- Own the QA process for the entire iOS stack, including SwiftUI app, Call Directory & CallKit extensions, Widgets, and Live Activities.
- Review product specifications and technical designs, proactively identifying potential testability issues and edge-case scenarios.
- Create clear and detailed test plans, as well as exploratory test charters, covering a range of iPhone form factors and scenarios.
- Perform comprehensive manual testing, including functional, usability, accessibility, and network condition testing.
- Clearly trace, reproduce, and document issues using Jira, supported by videos, logs, and precise reproduction steps.
- Execute thorough regression testing on every release candidate and validate hotfixes via TestFlight.

- Deliver features end-to-end: plan, build, test, release, and monitor core app modules plus extensions (Call Directory, CallKit, Widgets, Live Activities).
- Elevate code quality: write elegant, self-documented Swift, uphold clear coding standards, and keep PRs small and reviewable.
- Influence architecture: propose patterns, modularize components, and discuss trade-offs with the team before final decisions are made.

About the Role
The Data Team plays a central role in powering product decisions, growth, user insights, and system integrity across the company.
We are looking for a Data Analyst who will join the Data and Analytics team and help drive product excellence, user insights, business performance, and operational quality.
This role includes ownership of analytical pipelines, dashboards, reporting, and data investigations that support decision making across product, marketing, monetization, and engineering.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, BI engineers, and leadership to transform raw data into actionable insights and measurable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product usage, engagement patterns, and retention metrics to support product teams with clear insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards, and data models that reflect key KPIs.
- Investigate anomalies, drops, and shifts in KPIs while partnering with engineering and product teams to identify root causes.
- Provide data support for User Acquisition and Monetization including campaign measurement, cohort analysis, user segmentation, and funnel analytics.
- Contribute to team knowledge, best practices, and analytical frameworks to strengthen analytics across the company.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst in a consumer product or mobile app environment.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to query large datasets and write clean, efficient logic.
- Familiarity with the GCP ecosystem, especially BigQuery, is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Redash or similar.
- Solid understanding of retention, engagement, funnels, cohorts, and event based analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experiment evaluation.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Ability to present insights clearly, translate data into narratives, and communicate effectively with technical and non technical partners.
- Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms is a plus.
